Using InDesign, I created this user manual for a browser-based, pilot energy demand program to take place in Japan. As part of the OpenADR Alliance, Vertex encourages energy management vendors’ customers to change their electricity use from normal or baseline consumption patterns in response to demand response (DR) events over time. This lowers business operational costs and improves the efficiency of electricity production.
